This
period at one side brought new reforms but at the other end it carried on
torture. These reforms included
1. Railway was enhanced. Railway rules were
formed.
2. Trade pacts were made.
3. Many banks were established. The process of making Paris a beautiful city
started.
4. The homes of labors and workers were
reformed.
5. Charitable organizations get more aid.
6. The reforming and establishment of
societies were made, the population of Paris increased.
But cruel rules were made. Nobody
could introduce the newspaper without the permission of government. If the
permission was given then the government used to choose the editor. Whereas
during Napoleons reign, monarchy was given importance and for its
implementation some necessary steps were taken.
