The background of revolution

In France due to the cathedral of French writers and writing against the system of government, slowly and gradually affected the minds of the people. Due to this reason in 18^th century the nature of Europe completely changed for the various departments. Those people wished that the departments which were running since a long time needed to be changed as much as possible or were supposed to be abolished at all.

At that time the number of farmers was nearly twenty million whose large part was leading the life of slaves. Then the feudal imposed many taxes on the remaining part of the farmers and for gaining taxes the feudal treated them severely. As these poor farmers were not able to pay taxes therefore they were also living slave’s life as punishment. The lords and popes were exempted from these taxes that is why these people became unconcerned of all events, situations and taxes in such a way that it seemed all these rules were formed with their concern.

The middle class people of the country due to the progress in trade involved in collecting abundant wealth and property. By gaining wealth they started thinking about concessions and facilities. Even some of them in order to gain facilities, got high posts by paying money, so that they can lead their lives without any restriction. These were the people who used to read with interest the writings of their philosophers.

This situation put the system of government in bad shape. Due to this reason such organizations were formed which could be able to carry on this system properly as well as make remedies for the complains of the people.
