PRELIMINARY CONDITIONS:
In
the case of hundred years war the conflict of France began with Spain. Firstly
in 1667 France declared war with Spain. The real issue of
this war was the inherited property whose plaintiff was the King of France.
Though peace occurred b/w France & Spain but the inheriting issue remained
there.
During
that period the prevailing official system of France got a special importance
in which many people by paying tax achieved the posts. Whereas three
restrictions were imposed on the king.
- The king should be catholic
- No woman can hire the throne.
- The king cannot give any part of his property to anybody, nor even to his children/offspring.
